About Paul
WONDERING WHAT HE BRINGS TO THE TABLE?

With nearly two decades of experience across finance, operations, and hospitality, I founded BRIDGART Consulting to bridge the gap between strategic vision and on- the-ground execution in the travel and tourism industry.
My journey began in financial audit at Ernst & Young, followed by eight years with Club Med, where I led large-scale hotel operations across Asia as Vice President for China and Japan. Over the years, I have seen how critical it is to align every stakeholder, from investors to operators to guests, around experiences that are not only well-designed but meaningful and sustainable.
